Homecare Caregivers CNA or HHA

Job Summary

As an in-home caregiver, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role includes companionship, personal care support, assistance with daily living activities, and light housekeeping.

• Flexible scheduling (days, evenings, weekends, overnights available)
• Currently seeking caregivers specifically for the following areas:
  Northern Osceola County (including Celebration, Poinciana, and Kissimmee), South Orange County (including Hunter's Creek and Lake Nona), and West Orange County (including Windermere and Doctor Phillips).

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition.
• Observe infection control and follow care plan protocols.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Remind clients to take medication.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.

• Current CNA license and/or HHA certificate required.
• Experience and certificates in dementia or memory care a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
