Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients, including taking vital signs and documenting changes

• Provide daily care and essential emotional support

• Assist in meal preparation and medication reminders

• Maintain accurate documentation per organizational policies

Requirements:

• Personal Support Worker Certificate completion

• Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector checks

• Current CPR C and First Aid Certification

• Valid Class G driver’s license and vehicle access

• Experience with First Nation communities preferred
