Your responsibilities will include assisting with mobility and basic personal care tasks while ensuring clients feel supported in their environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid clients with mobility challenges and exercises

• Record and report changes in health status

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care

• Conduct light housekeeping as per care plans

• Navigate to clients' homes in the community

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance

• Certification in CPR and First Aid

• Background criminal check required

• Up-to-date TB test and immunization record

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
