Working under the guidance of a manager, you will be the primary contact for clients seeking mental health assistance. You'll carry out detailed assessments, manage referrals, and coordinate with community agencies. A strong understanding of opioid treatment pathways is critical for providing clients with tailored care options and ensuring their needs are met throughout the intake process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intakes and risk assessments for clients

• Triage services to appropriate providers

• Update referring agencies on client status

• Provide support during wait times for clinicians

• Monitor and manage waiting list statuses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related degree

• Minimum of three years in a clinical role

• Registration with a relevant professional body

• Current driver's license and clear record

• Pass a vulnerable sector criminal background check
