As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will provide essential first aid, manage medical programs, and lead health tracking efforts at Nutrien's facility. Your expertise will assist with return-to-work cases and ensure comprehensive health support for employees. You’ll play a critical role in fostering a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and health counseling for employees

• Manage health screenings and examinations for new hires

• Oversee health tracking data and reports

• Direct case management for WCB and disability cases

• Develop health protocols and maintain supplies and equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and/or OHN, RN, or LPN certification

• Understanding of occupational case management

• Strong commitment to safety and detailed record-keeping

• Well-developed organizational and communication skills

• Proficient in health software and Microsoft Office
