Children North Early Childhood Intervention Program is seeking a Full-Time Medical Social Worker in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. This position will focus on assessment and case management for clients with diverse needs.

As a member of a committed non-profit organization, you will provide essential support to individuals and families dealing with medical and social challenges. By employing a strengths-based and culturally sensitive approach, you will help clients navigate resources including healthcare, education, and income assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments

• Develop and implement tailored service plans

• Facilitate referrals to necessary services

• Collaborate with healthcare and community organizations

• Keep accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Social Work and Saskatchewan registration eligibility

• Experience in healthcare or mental health services is preferred

• Knowledge of culturally responsive practices

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Background checks required for position
