Become an Occupational Therapist II with Assisted Living Alberta, offering vital home care services in Vermilion. You will need to travel to clients’ homes, requiring a valid driver's license and operational vehicle.

This regular full-time position allows you to play a pivotal role in delivering interdisciplinary care to home care clients. You'll oversee occupational therapy service delivery while guiding students and team members. Your clinical decisions will directly influence assessments and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical practices and standards mandated by Alberta regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead occupational therapy coordination and client service delivery

• Supervise clinical education and team member performance

• Direct day-to-day operational planning for effective care

• Participate in program development initiatives

• Perform duties related to chart audits and staff support

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or accredit bachelor's with experience

• Eligible for practice permit with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists

• Must have up-to-date BLS certification

• Driver's license and vehicle necessary for travel

• Ability to make informed clinical decisions independently
