Your role encompasses patient interaction, scheduling, and eyewear support services.

As a full-time member of our clinic, you will manage patient check-ins and engage with them through various channels. Handling pre-testing and appointment coordination is key, as is providing expert-level support in eyewear management. Your commitment to exceptional service will elevate the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival

• Conduct essential pre-testing for eye care

• Organize patient appointments and manage eyewear pickups

• Facilitate billing and ensure payment processing

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the visit

Requirements:

• Experience in retail considered a plus

• Proficient at juggling tasks in a lively atmosphere

• Strong technological skills, particularly with MS Office

• Excellent communicator with a focus on patient care

• Collaborative and flexible in fast-changing situations
