Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report changes in residents' health status

• Document all care accurately and on time

• Assist with daily living activities fostering independence

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Proficient in verbal and written English

• Complete PSW Training Program or RN/RPN Year 1

• Experience as a Facility PSW is a plus
