Position: Casual Medical Laboratory Assistant Role
Location: Cariboo and West Okanagan (100 Mile House)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood and other specimens from patients

• Prepare specimens for lab analysis and shipping

• Conduct ECG tests and set up Holter monitors

• Manage data through the Laboratory Information System

• Assist with clerical tasks within the department

Requirements:

• Experience in Medical Laboratory Assistance required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility for rotating shifts on short notice

• Capacity to engage with patients effectively

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
