Position: Community Paramedic Role - Shared Health
Location: Riding Mountain (Neepawa)

In this pivotal role with the ERS team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive client care within both residential and community environments. This position emphasizes preventive health strategies and effective resource utilization by identifying client needs and coordinating care. You will also engage extensively with local health agencies to foster a supportive network for individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and strategic care planning

• Liaise with healthcare providers and community services

• Improve client access to health resources

• Provide health education and monitoring

• Minimize reliance on emergency services through innovative care

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in primary care paramedicine

• Current certification with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba

• Proficiency in Indigenous languages and customs is preferred

• Must have a Class IV Manitoba driver's license

• Ability to work through diverse cultural environments
