Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and manage phone inquiries professionally

• Assist with labelling, packaging, and medication preparation

• Receive and stock pharmacy inventory regularly

• Maintain a compliant and clean pharmacy workspace

• Conduct administrative tasks related to prescriptions and claims

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Pharmacy Assistant in retail preferred

• Kroll and prescription data entry knowledge is beneficial

• Pharmacy Assistant certification/training is advantageous

• Strong organization and communication skills required

• Ability to handle some heavy lifting and stand for long periods
