About the Job
The Princeton General Hospital is a Level 1 Community Hospital in the Okanagan health service area. Located southwest of Penticton, the hospital offers services including acute care, laboratory, and 24 hour emergency.

Medical Laboratory Assistants perform a variety of duties such as taking blood and specimen samples from patients, preparing blood and other specimens for analysis, distributing specimens to departments and outside labs, operating related equipment, entering data into the LIS, and performing related clerical duties and ECG testing as required.

This is a Relief Part Time (0.60) opportunity until the return of the incumbent.

Shifts of work will be scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week 07:00 to 15:00, 06:30 to 14:30 hours.
