Advent Health is seeking a dedicated Patient Safety Attendant to assist nursing staff and ensure patient safety. In this position, you will transport patients, deliver supplies, and monitor their wellbeing. Your focus on patient rights, clear documentation, and positive interactions will contribute to a quality care environment in a team-oriented healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in transporting patients and delivering equipment

• Monitor patients to prevent self-harm or harm to others

• Document patient status and activities accurately

• Advocate for positive patient interactions and family-centered care

• Maintain direct observation and safety for patients

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Understanding of patient confidentiality rights

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
