In this role, you will report to the Director of Health Programs and will oversee Community Health Nurses and other health professionals. You will ensure compliance with established nursing practices while maintaining the core values of the Department of Health. A strong clinical background is essential, particularly for those assuming NP responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide Health Centre employees in service delivery
• Work with Community Health Nurses to provide health care
• Ensure services meet nursing practice standards
• Offer clinical oversight as a Nurse Practitioner
• Align services with Department of Health objectives
Requirements:
• Proven experience in health program leadership
• Familiarity with nursing standards and health practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
