Join Gitxsan Safety Services as a Medic, delivering essential first aid in wildfire settings across British Columbia. This casual on-call role specializes in emergency medical care and safety protocols.

At Gitxsan Safety Services, Medics are key in promoting safety and health at various work sites. This includes providing prompt medical assistance and adhering to safety certifications, including Advanced First Aid and S-100/185. We emphasize readiness to travel as assigned to different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency medical care effectively

• Evaluate injuries and determine appropriate treatment

• Keep detailed medical incident documentation

• Manage and replenish medical supplies and gear

• Collaborate with safety teams for effective response

Requirements:

• Valid OFA3 Certificate in Advanced First Aid

• S-100/185 fire safety certifications

• Must possess a valid Driving License

• Preferably 6 months of experience

• Ready to travel to assigned work locations
