This full-time position involves evidence-informed therapeutic services to support individuals and communities. You will collaborate closely with clients and families while participating in their care journey through assessments and personalized treatment plans. Engage in professional development, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance occupational therapy practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and formulate individual treatment strategies

• Provide direct services and consultations to clients

• Collaborate with healthcare providers in an interprofessional setting

• Supervise students and Therapy Aides for professional growth

• Participate in quality assurance and improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Valid registration with Alberta College of Occupational Therapists

• Current Basic Life Support certification

• Background check completion required

• Access to a vehicle for work duties
