You will utilize your knowledge of acute stress, PTSD, and crisis intervention to assist employees effectively. Candidates should have a relevant university degree along with a professional license to practice. Flexibility in scheduling is crucial, as interventions mainly occur during the work week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate theoretical knowledge in acute stress and trauma
• Intervene during crises and post-traumatic events
• Support both employees and managers in distress
• Deliver clear clinical summaries of interventions conducted
• Collaborate with the Trauma Coordinator for ongoing support
Requirements:
• University degree in a helping profession like psychology
• Professional license and liability insurance required
• Knowledge in trauma care and crisis management essential
• Dependable and flexible availability for interventions
• Access to private transportation for job duty
