Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-hospital care per regulations and policies

• Liaise with healthcare providers and care coordinators

• Deliver patient education, coaching, and follow-up support

• Render appropriate pre-hospital emergency care

• Understand public health issues and available resources

Requirements:

• Meet employment criteria under the Ambulance Act of Ontario

• Diploma in Paramedicine and A-EMCA certification

• Valid certification for controlled medical acts

• Familiarity with Cree language is an asset

• Motivation for continual service development
