As a Resident Care Associate, you'll deliver direct personal care with respect and dignity. This role is perfect for individuals with LNA, CNA, or HHA certifications, looking to enhance the lives of seniors. You will also assist in light housekeeping and dining services while fostering a collaborative atmosphere among staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct personal care to senior residents

• Engage residents in fun and meaningful activities

• Track care tasks using our electronic health record system

• Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed

• Escort residents and assist them during meals

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Licensed Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents

• Punctuality and reliability in daily tasks

• Capability to assist in resident transfers

• Willingness to undergo training for caregiving roles
