Job Description:

Provides personal care and social/recreation/leisure activities to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of clients/patients/residents.

Human Resources Exemption:
No

  • Six (6) months experience in health care
  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Basic - Computer skills
  • Ability to work with special needs clients/patients/residents
  • Ability to work independently
  • If no qualified applicants unqualified applicants may be considered
  • Subject to LOU #10 of SAHO/SGEU Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Valid driver's license, where required
