Key Responsibilities:

• Offer clinical pharmacy services to a diverse patient population

• Identify and alleviate medication therapy problems

• Implement comprehensive management of medications

Requirements:

• Passionate about patient care and medication management

• Solid understanding of pharmacotherapy practices

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Experience in clinical pharmacy preferred

• Flexibility for rotating shifts from 08:30 to 16:30
