Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical leadership and oversight in emergency settings

• Facilitate mentorship and training initiatives for colleagues

• Assess and enhance system capacity and patient outcomes

• Collaborate with community agencies for comprehensive care

• Implement education programs and monitor clinical practices

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as a licensed Paramedic essential

• Graduate of an Advanced Care Paramedic program required

• Experience in patient safety and service integration protocols

• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS mandatory

• Knowledge of cultural sensitivities and Indigenous communities is valued
