Position: Pediatric Physiotherapist in Tri-Cities
Location: Kamloops North

SHARE is seeking a Pediatric Physiotherapist to provide essential therapy services for children in the Tri-Cities area. Support children in achieving independence through tailored physiotherapy programs.

In this role, you will assess children's physical abilities and develop individualized therapy plans in consultation with families. Deliver direct services to children and guide families and childcare providers in implementing these programs. Collaborate with school teams and community service providers to ensure comprehensive support and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate children’s physical abilities

• Develop physiotherapy goals with family involvement

• Provide direct therapy to children and groups

• Guide families on program implementation

• Recommend adaptive equipment as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy; pediatric training

• Minimum of one year pediatric clinical experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Commitment to professional development and best practices
