Location: Riverview
Advance clinical informatics with Advent Health as an Intermediate Clinical Informaticist in Riverview, Florida. Support clinicians with system adoption, optimize workflows, and improve patient safety across services.
As an Intermediate Clinical Informaticist, you'll play a pivotal role in Advent Health's informatics strategy. This full-time role requires interfacing with clinical teams to optimize electronic health records (EHR) and improve documentation quality. You'll contribute to team initiatives, actively participating in projects and supporting clinicians with best practices and education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical informatics support to assigned facilities
• Resolve complex EHR-related issues for workflow standards
• Participate in systems upgrades and go-live events
• Act as a liaison between clinical teams and IT
• Collaborate on educational resources for clinicians
Requirements:
• 3+ years of clinical experience
• 2+ years in healthcare informatics or related role
• Proficient with EMR systems, preferably Epic
• Strong analytical skills for workflow improvement
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline
