Position: Personal Support Worker GTA Openings
Location: Ontario Centre (Queensville)

Provide compassionate care as a Personal Support Worker with The Care Company in the Greater Toronto Area. Support clients in their homes and community settings with dignity and respect.

The Care Company is seeking dependable Personal Support Workers across multiple locations in Toronto and the GTA. This role involves one-to-one care, flexible scheduling, and ensuring clients maintain their quality of life  will need a valid driver’s license for traveling between assignments and a true commitment to a consistent weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care to clients in home settings

• Assist each client to ensure safety and independence

• Communicate effectively with clients and Care Coordinators

• Remain alert and awake throughout the assigned shift

• Support clients with daily living activities and health needs

Requirements:

• PSW certification from a recognized institution

• Valid driver's license and vehicle access

• Current CPR/First Aid and WHMIS
2015 certificates

• Criminal Record Check within the last year

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
