As part of a dedicated team in Notre Dame de Lourdes, you will assist residents with various Activities of Daily Living, adhering closely to their individualized care plans.

Your role will involve exercising independent judgment and initiative, contributing positively to the well-being of those you serve. Familiarity with standards and practices in healthcare is crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid residents with their daily activities according to care plans

• Ensure a person-centered care approach at all times

• Work collaboratively with nursing professionals

• Commit to ongoing professional development and training

• Follow all safety and care guidelines

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare preferred

• Must have a minimum of Grade 12 education

• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Must be proficient in both English and French

• Ability to engage with a culturally diverse population
