Position: Patient Coordinator with Customer Service Focus
Location: Weymouth

Elevate patient care as a Patient Coordinator, acting as the first point of contact at our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for scheduling, registration, and providing compassionate customer service.

This role is vital for ensuring patients feel welcomed and cared for. As a Patient Coordinator, you will manage appointment scheduling, pre-registration, and patient information accuracy while promoting a high standard of service. Strong skills in customer engagement and attention to detail will enhance your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients positively and engage in conversation

• Complete accurate patient registrations and data entry

• Schedule appointments efficiently using Epic and Raintree systems

• Pursue co-payment collections at time of service

• Monitor patient flow and communicate delays promptly

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in healthcare office environment

• Strong customer service skills, both in person and by phone

• Familiarity with Epic for scheduling preferred

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

• High school diploma preferred
