Make a difference in recovery as a Clinical Support Worker with Fraser Health. This position focuses on patient care through intake services, medication management, and group workshops for skill development.
Fraser Health is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join their diverse team. You'll work collaboratively on case planning and patient support, utilizing a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach.
Your role will involve facilitating workshops and handling crisis situations while providing essential information and referrals to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform intake duties and maintain client records
• Assist in discharge planning for program clients
• Facilitate group workshops and skill-building activities
• Observe clients and manage emergency situations
• Administer medications and document treatment
Requirements:
• Grade 12 plus Substance Use Certificate or equivalent
• One year of experience in addictions field
• Valid First Aid - CPR C certification
• Excellent crisis intervention skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Support client wellness and recovery with Fraser Health through dedicated clinical services.
