Location: Exeter
Join Les Compagnies Loblaw Limitée as a Pharmacy Assistant and help enhance health services in your community. This role centers on ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate prescription management.
Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you will be integral in preparing and dispatching prescriptions timely. Utilize Healthwatch software to maintain prescription records and assist customers with medication inquiries. Your proactive service will play a crucial role in pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate electronic patient records
• Enter prescription orders into Healthwatch system
• Compliance with narcotics documentation and medication labelling
• Prepare detailed billing information for prescriptions
• Manage inventory counts and assist with medication orders
Requirements:
• Computer skills in Windows & MS Office
• Working knowledge of Healthwatch pharmacy software is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions well
• Capacity for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
