Position: Community-Focused Full Time Pharmacist

This pharmacist role emphasizes patient-centered services and operational excellence in the pharmacy. You will assess patient needs, dispense medications, and ensure regulatory compliance while helping to enhance community health. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient counseling and education

• Conduct medication management and reviews

• Collaborate with pharmacy team for optimal patient care

• Oversee prescription preparation and labeling

• Manage pharmacy stock and ensure safety protocols

Requirements:

• Active membership with College of Pharmacist of Manitoba

• Experience in community pharmacy settings

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Certification for injections and advanced practice preferred
