Customer-Centric Pharmacy Aide

Drive exceptional service as a proactive Pharmacy Aide. Support the team in packaging and labeling medications while maintaining strong prescription records and inventories.

As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will assist in day-to-day operations, collaborating with staff to ensure clients receive timely and accurate service. This role encompasses packaging pharmaceutical products, managing inventory, and providing high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll also handle appointment scheduling and ensure that pharmacy standards and cleanliness are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package and label pharmaceutical products efficiently

• Maintain and update prescription records

• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy

• Open and close pharmacy securely as required

Requirements:

• Required completion of a post-secondary diploma

• One year of recent pharmacy store experience

• Previous retail experience is advantageous

• Ability to communicate with diverse client segments

• Flexible working schedule, including evenings and weekends
