CBI Home Health is hiring for a Personal Support Worker to serve clients in Northern Durham. In this role, you will provide personal care, assist clients with mobility, and execute light housekeeping tasks as per care plans. Your ability to document and report changes effectively will be crucial in this position focused on client well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care to clients in their residences

• Help clients with basic mobility and light exercises

• Monitor client conditions and report changes appropriately

• Conduct light housekeeping in alignment with care plans

• Foster client safety and independence

Requirements:

• Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent

• Clear background check with Vulnerable Sector Screening

• Documented negative TB test and immunizations

• Reliable access to personal transportation

• Strong English communication skills
