Wynyard C.A.R.R.E.S. Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides support for adults and youth with diverse needs and physical disabilities in every aspect of their lives. This casual position may be a variety of day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Salary at one year is $22.40 with annual increases. We offer a comprehensive employee benefit and extended health care plan paid for by the employer, as well as an employer matched pension plan.

We provide paid training, vacation time, sick time, and educational opportunities. We are certified under SEIU-West. The duties of this position are to support individuals in our programs with daily living tasks and leisure activities. Personal care, housekeeping, meal prep, and other duties are also required. Those with experience or education in health care or care-giving fields are encouraged to apply, however we will provide appropriate training specific to this field to all applicants.

A class 5 drivers license and willingness to drive the CARRES handi-bus after training is required. The successful applicant will be required to submit a current criminal record check upon an offer of employment.
