Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and initiate service recovery when necessary

• Register patients and verify insurance details accurately

• Efficiently schedule and manage appointments using necessary systems

• Collect co-payments at the time of service

• Communicate with patients regarding their rights and responsibilities

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of office experience in a healthcare environment

• Strong skills in direct customer service, both in person and over the phone

• Prior experience with Epic software preferred for scheduling

• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required

• High school diploma preferred
