You will be at the forefront of enhancing infection prevention strategies under the guidance of the Director of Health Services. This position demands collaboration on developing educational resources and addressing the diverse needs of healthcare professionals. Your proactive and independent approach will play a critical role in optimizing safety standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives in regional healthcare education delivery

• Create and implement infection control resources and policies

• Identify and fulfill educational needs for health staff

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

• Work collaboratively with various community partners

Requirements:

• Five years of full-time nursing experience required

• Must have a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or equivalent

• Active practice registration with the CRNM needed

• Instructor certification for CPR required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of adult education principles
