Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care, including bathing and hygiene

• Manage housekeeping duties and prepare nutritious meals

• Accompany clients to social activities and appointments

• Implement care plans as directed by the Coordinator

• Track and report on client progress regularly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or home support worker certification

• Experience with elderly or physically disabled clients

• Valid medical certificate and TB skin test

• Current First Aid certification or willingness to achieve it

• Ability to work flexible shifts in multiple settings
