• Wage: $20-25 per hour, depending on experience
• Anticipated start date:
  June 14, 2026

• Provide day-to-day support, encouragement and accountability to residents
• Facilitate and supervise daily routines, chores and programming
• Document resident progress, incidents and shift notes
• Support residents at appointments, meetings and community activities
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming home environment
• Uphold confidentiality, boundaries and program policies at all times

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Genuine heart for women in recovery and alignment with our Christian faith values
• Strong interpersonal, listening and de-escalation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including evenings, nights and weekends
• Current criminal record check with vulnerable sector search
• Valid driver's licence

• Experience in addictions, mental health, social work or a related field
• First Aid / CPR, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Mental Health First Aid
• Lived experience of recovery (minimum two years of sustained sobriety)

Work takes place in a residential home setting with rotating shifts, including overnights and weekends. The role can be emotionally demanding and requires physical activity such as walking, standing and light lifting.
