Become a part of Liquid Personnel as an Occupational Therapist in Redbridge’s Health and Adult Social Services. Manage complex cases and improve client well-being within the community.

Liquid Personnel is on the lookout for an experienced Occupational Therapist to manage around four cases weekly within a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team.

Your role will involve thorough person-centred assessments and recommendations for major adaptations and equipment, ensuring safety in clients’ living environments. Independence and effective case management are pivotal in your everyday tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend major adaptations and complex equipment

• Complete holistic assessments and support planning

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on client duties

• Apply knowledge of relevant legislation for safe living

• Handle and progress complex cases independently

Requirements:

• Registered with HCPC as an Occupational Therapist

• Experience in major adaptations and manual handling

• Confident in independent and team scenarios

• Skilled in prioritising and managing complex workloads

• Knowledge of housing legislation and social care frameworks
