• Monitor and assess patient medication needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

• Registered with Ontario College of Pharmacists

• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Proof of valid liability insurance
