Position: Pharmacist with Neighbourly Pharmacy Team
Location: Keg River

Join the Neighbourly Pharmacy team as a dedicated Pharmacist in La Crete, Fort Vermilion, and High Level, Alberta.

Your role will focus on providing patient care and clinical services that improve health outcomes.

As a pharmacist, you will engage in medication reviews, chronic disease management, and immunizations. You’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, ensuring appropriateness of drug therapies while supervising students and maintaining compliance with regulations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enhance daily pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical services including care plan development

• Administer immunizations and monitor therapy interactions

• Provide patient counseling on prescriptions and health-related topics

• Supervise pharmacy students in a restricted scope

• Comply with pharmacy regulatory standards and practices

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College

• Injection certification is a must

• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation

• Self-motivated to work independently

• Effective collaborator in healthcare teams
