Location: Queens County (Shelburne)

Reporting to the Pharmacy Services Manager, you contribute to patient-centered care by ensuring safe medication use and promoting wellness. You’ll utilize your pharmacy knowledge to advise on drug therapies, engage in research, and support the quality of care provided. Emphasis is placed on fostering collaborative practices and enhancing health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and safe dispensing of medications

• Engage in the promotion of health education and wellness

• Conduct research to support evidence-based pharmacy practice

• Collaborate actively within an inter-professional team

• Advocate for optimal medication use and cost management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required

• Eligibility for NSPR licensure

• Two years of industry experience preferred

• Strong judgment and communication skills needed

• Commitment to ethical practices in healthcare
