Drive impactful patient access initiatives as an experienced Clinical Business Analyst specializing in Registration and Scheduling. Support the CIS Symbio Program in New Brunswick.

Our client is looking for a qualified Clinical Business Analyst to streamline Patient Access workflows. This role involves collaborating with clinical experts to gather requirements, analyze processes, and standardize operations across the healthcare environment. Your work will influence how patients experience registration and scheduling, making a significant difference in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and analyze business and system needs

• Organize workshops with healthcare providers

• Conduct business process and gap analysis

• Develop detailed design and training materials

• Collaborate on the implementation of Patient Access workflows

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Healthcare or IT

• 5+ years as Clinical Business Analyst in Patient Access

• Experience with Clinical Information Systems

• Proven background in acute-care environments

• Available to start by October 12, 2026
