Position: Physiotherapist I for Home Care Services

Become a Physiotherapist I with Assisted Living Alberta, specializing in home care for clients in Tofield. Your focus will be on providing therapies that promote optimal physical function.

This regular part-time position involves working collaboratively with a healthcare team to deliver physiotherapy services tailored to home care clients. You will assess needs, set goals, and implement treatment plans while engaging clients and their families in the process. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are crucial for traveling to clients' homes in the vicinity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored physiotherapy interventions to clients

• Collaborate with occupational therapists and nursing teams

• Conduct assessments to develop individualized care plans

• Supervise therapy aides and contribute to mentorship

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives with peers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program

• Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta

• BLS certification required and kept up to date

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
