In this role, you will support Radiologists and healthcare staff through a variety of crucial administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing appointment bookings, handling patient referrals, and maintaining accurate medical records. A vital part of your job is to greet patients warmly and ensure they receive high-quality service throughout their visit. Upholding patient confidentiality will be of utmost priority in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks for health care professionals

• Welcome and assist patients on arrival

• Keep patient and physician information up-to-date

• Schedule appointments and manage referrals

• Engage in training/workshops for skill enhancement

Requirements:

• 2 years in a fast-paced customer service role

• Certification as a Medical Office Assistant or equivalent

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software

• Excellent communication and multitasking capabilities

• Familiarity with FOIP guidelines for patient confidentiality
