You will provide essential non-medical assistance, helping clients with daily activities while ensuring their safety and dignity. The position features a flexible schedule, including overnights and weekends, with opportunities for advancement through training and development. You'll actively document tasks and follow care protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and daily activities
• Prepare and assist clients during meals
• Ensure client safety and report any condition changes
• Maintain cleanliness through light housekeeping
Requirements:
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED is desirable
• TB test screening required within the last year
• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary
