As a Health Care Aide, you’ll empower clients by providing personal care and assistance with mobility, ensuring they can remain as independent as possible. CBI Home Health emphasizes teamwork and communication, which are vital to monitoring clients' wellbeing. You will also be responsible for reporting any condition changes to your supervisor, enhancing the care process for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal care and support in clients’ homes

• Facilitate mobility and light exercise for clients

• Document and notify of any health changes

• Prioritize client safety and independence daily

• Carry out light housekeeping duties when required

Requirements:

• Current CLHA license in good standing

• Clear and recent Criminal Record Check

• Negative TB test required upon hiring

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
