Cogir Senior Living is seeking a passionate Active Living Aide to assist the Active Living Manager in creating enriching programs for residents. Your commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors will be central to this role. Candidates should have a background in recreation or gerontology and enjoy working closely with elderly populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement programs for residents' engagement

• Maintain department records and document participation

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

• Attend in-service education for elder care updates

• Facilitate outings and assess activity levels

Requirements:

• College diploma in Recreation or Gerontology

• Experience working with seniors

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication skills

• Valid provincial driver's license for transport
