Take a leading role in Saskatchewan's Family Medicine as the Area Division Lead. Collaborate with healthcare leaders to enhance patient care and integrate health services within your community.
As the Area Division Lead in Family Medicine, you will be central to achieving health care goals in Network Area
6. Your leadership will drive operational plans and business strategies, ensuring community partnerships thrive. This complex position requires demonstrated clinical competence and effective communication to improve integration of health services across Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the integration of academic and clinical activities
• Develop and execute operational and business plans
• Collaborate with community and health system partners
• Monitor and report on strategy implementation
• Ensure quality improvement initiatives are met
Requirements:
• Licensed medical practitioner in good standing
• 3+ years in a leadership position
• Experience in guiding health quality improvement
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Knowledge of multi-stakeholder environments
