As an Integrated Coordinator, you will support pharmacy operations across RMH and HHHS, playing a crucial role in examination and compliance preparation. Your expertise will be essential for standardizing workflows and improving medication stewardship while ensuring effective operational performance throughout pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate dispensary operations collaboratively with teams

• Prepare for OCP assessments with audits and documentation review

• Standardize pharmacy workflows, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

• Registered Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist in Ontario

• At least 5 years in hospital pharmacy operations

• Strong knowledge of OCP standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with audits and compliance initiatives
